The FranFund Lending Team will assist you in determining the most appropriate loan for your specific situation.

Strong relationships with our national portfolio of lenders enable FranFund to offer innovative and proprietary funding solutions which include:

FranFundSelect® A revolutionary funding program for working capital loans from $50,000 up to $150,000, with a typical required equity injection between zero and ten percent. A unique feature of this loan is that it does not require a pledge of personal assets (usually real estate). For qualified candidates, there will be low (or no) business collateral pledge required, no SBA guaranty fee and minimal paperwork required. Approvals occur within 24-48 hours with loan closings targeted FIVE to SEVEN days later.

FranFundPreferred® This program is for loans $50,000 to $5 million. Borrowers should expect to provide a 20-30% cash injection and appropriate collateral. Interest rates are usually variable (typically between 5.5-7%) and terms are between 7 to 10 years. Additional fees and closing costs will vary based on the concept and loan size. Soft approval may be available in 24-48 hours with full approval and closing scheduled in 15-30 days.

FranFundElite® This program is for franchisees operating under specific, well-established brands and are for both start-ups and expansions. These loans are not backed by a government guarantee and therefore require less paperwork. Interest rates are fixed but may be slightly higher than the SBA, but closing costs are much lower. Only a personal guarantee is required, as these loans do not require pledging your assets upfront.

SBA 7(a), SBA Express and Traditional loans are also available from our vast portfolio of lenders.

FranFundReFi® For existing franchisees and small business owners, this program may allow you to pay off your existing business loan with a new loan to consolidate your debt at a lower rate, which can increase cash flow. This could potentially lower your payments, and shorten the loan term.

FranFundFranPlan® Your retirement funds (an IRA, 401(k) or other qualified retirement account) can be structured as an investment in your business and these qualified funds may be used tax and penalty free. This is an excellent source of the equity injection for a loan, or to fully fund the business purchase. Funds are available in less than 15 business days and the cash may be used for any legitimate business expense.
